I called Prolectric on Thursday to install a receptacle for my sauna which was being delivered on Monday (sooner than expected) The other electricians I called had high ratings as well but wanted to schedule me for a consultation (which is understandable) but would be a couple weeks out and said once we set the install date sauna receptacle installs are charged a full day. I needed a 120/20 amp dedicated sauna plug which after calling around should not take all day. True to form, Prolectric came and did it spot on in less than 3 hours with one technician. The price was 1/3 what the other company quoted. The technician was great, respected my home by keeping everything neat (he had to crawl underneath the home). 2 days later my sauna has run several hours flawlessly. No tripped breakers, no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend Prolectric.
I called them for a service repair to the breakers in my panel. They came the next day, and checked not only my breaker box but also checked out my Jacuzzi hot tub that had no power. They do not charge by the task, but by the hour. They are very reasonable with $89 the first hour and $79 for every hour after that. They get a lot of work accomplished within an hour. There was no extra charge for checking out and correcting electrical issues within the hour that they were there. Keith was our serviceman and he was very professional and kind. ProLectric deserves 5 stars all the way. I felt like they treated me like a human not a number. I will continue to use them for all our electrical needs in all of our homes.
The technician I worked with was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, personable, informative, and efficient. He thoughtfully assessed my issue (a light switch in my master bathroom wasn’t working right), gave me several options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then completed the work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with ProLectric!
I hired Proletric to look at some switches and breakers at my house. Their customer service was exceptional when booking/confirming the appointment. The work was scheduled for 8am and the electrician (Jesse) showed up 5-minutes early and was ready to start exactly when we agreed. Jesse was great to work with, knowledgeable, and very fast.
The staff was extremely professional and accommodating! They called to let me know about a schedule change and when the technician (Randy) arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful! They got my chandelier hung and working within a few minutes! Excellent service!!! Would recommend to anyone!
Got a recommendation from a neighbor who also used them. I called in the morning and they were there that afternoon – earlier than they said they would be there which I LOVED. All the power was out in my house so I needed them there ASAP. Great work and fast. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend
